MEET YOUR TEACHER
Hello! I'm Antonio. I'm passionate about yoga. When I'm not teaching, practicing, or spending time with my son, you'll probably find me surfing.

I completed my teacher training in Mysore, India, the birthplace of modern Ashtanga Yoga.

With 19 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience, I've helped students of all ages and abilities develop a safe, effective, and sustainable yoga practice.

Today I teach students both online and in person, including complete beginners, experienced practitioners, and people dealing with chronic pain, injuries, or mobility challenges.

How Does It Work?
From our first conversation to your personalized practice, I'll guide you every step of the way
  • Initial Consultation
    Before we begin, we'll have a brief conversation to understand what you're looking for and whether private coaching is the right fit. If it is, we'll schedule your first session — which includes an extended consultation and a full class.

  • First Session & Assessment
    Your first session combines a 30-minute free consultation with a full 60-minute class. We start by talking through your goals, experience, injuries and any limitations — then move straight into practice, so I can assess your mobility, strength and balance in real time. By the end, I'll have everything I need to design a practice built specifically around you.

  • Personalized Practice & Ongoing Guidance
    Your practice evolves as you do. Every session is adapted to your current needs — whether your goal is reducing pain, building strength, increasing flexibility, or progressing into more advanced postures.
